No Idol visit this time? I only now noticed that Idol is pretty much done this year. Granted the show isn't what it used to be so the gain for Adam wouldn't have been that much, and Adam is super busy, but he's been there every year since his own season and it would really have been nice.

But now they can move on and support him - lets see what he will do next. He had two years to find another band or gig, perhaps the sepember morning thing will happen. They are claiming he is the best guitarist ever so he should not have any problems finding another job.

The way to get that is to hope like hell that GT makes it on pop, followed by a second song that also hits big. He's going to have to get younger fans organically, through radio.

Present situation couldn't be avoided. He started on idol, which gained him older fans. He then had a hit that was hac friendly, so he kept those fans. Then he had iihy, which wasn't big, then he disappeared. His biggest thing since then was qal, and Queen draws an older audience. He got on Glee, but that was only for a few episodes, and it was a weak season for the show, anyway. He is really starting from scratch.
