when you get a tattoo like this and someone asks you what it stands for do you say it's for a guitar player named tommy joe ratliff? they then ask who is tommy joe ratliff and you say he's currently unemployed and has been for several years. why would anyone get a tattoo representing some unknown wannabe? why not get a tattoo of your local wholefoods sales clerk? i know to each his own but this i can't wrap my head around.
