Wow. Just watched and I've gotta say he was pretty darn awesome. It would be nice if this could open any doors for when he has his own music. Cher teared up over his rendition.

imo this is the kind of thing he should have always been doing between eras. it was a great performance in front of a lot of influential people and is getting a great response. you never know what can come from something like this.
