Multiple series, because I read a lot more than we write.

*Frolics after link* Yeah I'm not really suprised- it's why I made the note about yaoi!slash okay.

Honestly it doesn't bother me all that much (some fandoms I just don't ship it, but others...) it just has to be GOOD. And I'm so tired of sifting that since its not normally what I ship, and since I'm not a slashy!fangirl on a whole I wait to get recs.

Which is why I made this post XP

Since I realized I was getting to read a lot of good fics lately since people were recing them in their journals *wisenods*

I mostly have a collection of Prussia videos. Since I'm. Really biased. Hahaha. Same with Durarara!! I just enjoy Izaya's character who is an unrepentant ass and most of the videos I have from that fandom are lolzy only, really.

But yeah. I. Read fics. I don't, however, save them often. Derp. I think you would have read most of the quality DC/MK fics out there, though... and for Supernatural... eeeh. I'm not really terribly interested in the fic aspect of it, if I'm honest.

Sherlock, however, has this one AWESOME kidfic that I adore because they don't really mess with the characterizations or even much of the dynamic of Sherlock and John. Which is A++ and the kid they get is actually not much of mary sue (or is mary sue enough to be enjoyable, I can't decide), which is also A++. You can read that over here. They also do an ACE job with Mycroft and especially Moriarty's characters, kyaa~ Feel free to poke at the other prompts in that post though. I haven't been able to as of yet ( ... )

*giggles* I'll always take plunnies... s'why I'm always chasing half a dozen challenges... trying to finnnnddd plunnies (*laughs* I was actually looking at an OLD kink!meme from dc yaoi and saw a aokaito request that I'm like ".....ooh! should I answer that! I mean not here but maybe....unless I requested that T.T")

S'why I was listed huge list of poss. recs... cuz as Jeva noted I think I've at least started/tried every kaito/aoko english fic out there XP (unless its on a private journal I don't watch ^^;; which is possible... given ff.net was muuuuccchhh smaller in there mk section when I joined and I've checked once a week since then >> ))

Anyway~ (was semi hoping someone might dump something on her she had managed to miss)

Heheh I am too though I just... have had too many or two few plunnies... not to mention I've RPed/written almost every cliche imaginable... (and some not) so I'm running out of ideas ^^;;

Librarian!Kaito will probably be written someday, by the way (by me, I mean, though go ahead and write it if you care to), and I seem to remember bits of Artist!Aoko you fed me on AIM some time ago? And you keep saying you're writing and writing and writing but it's like you're working on too many things at the same time - and we never get to see any finished results! /pokes

(Also: I'm not prodding you into reading slash, dear. I'm prodding you into reading a pairing. That it happens to be slash or het or whatever is just a side effect - and the smut is hot either way, so who cares?)

It eventually diverges drastically from canon (and the author didn't intend for it to be so AU originally) and be prepared to question and think; this fic has consumed me for the last year and its not done yet... at over 400,000 words!

Suture, by mercurial_wit. Not quite sure if it's Nine/Rose/Jack or just Nine gen or even Trio friendship, but it's bloody awesome.

Like a Ruthless Force, also by mercurial_wit. On Lucy Saxon, and it's chilling. Seriously, everything that author wrote on DW is worth a read.

In Another Life, by copperbadge. Ten II/Rose, and really quite lovely.

.... ahahahah actually EVERYTHING Copperbadge has ever written deserves to be on this. Another favourite, though: The Gift Of The Mad Guy, wherein Ten happens in the middle of a desert en route towards Bethlehem. Well, one kind of Bethlehem, anyway. <3

Yeah I saw some fantastic fanvids for Sherlock which is what sparked this (one a dw cross over er... actually it was a study in time XP good to know that one is just that popular) But yeah ASIT was what got me going on this.

I'm hoping something eventually sparks plunnies... cuz other wise I'm gonna end up writing Haku/Kaito and my Aoko/Kaito sides going to be flailing like crazy XP
