Wow!!!!!! That is alot of snow! It looks like the heavy wet stuff, too. I'm glad we aren't coming up for xmas - travel is going to be a nightmare! Try to enjoy your day off. =)

I'll try not to think of the about $200 I am losing today, along with the chance of losing some clients permanently if I cannot get them rescheduled.

Yay! :(

Hehehe well, I dunno where you were, but this is RARE. The only other times I have seen this much snow was March of 2003 and October of 1997, and I've lived here for 11 years now.

March '03 was great for us! Nobody from Denver could get into the mountains, so we went skiing at Keystone, hit the liquor and video stores, and had a great long weekend. I remember seeing the footage of Denver then, though, and it was crazzzy! When do 'they' say the weather will clear up?

Oh, my... I'd never have imagined that it was this bad. It's pretty and all, but if you've got a life to live out there and cannot get out of your own home- jeez!
Hope it clears up soon and that your holiday travel isn't adversely affectded.

Thanks sweetie :) I hope it clears soon too... along with my head. I am frantically trying to figure out what I am going to do financially!

::hugs:: I am glad you guys up there are ok, too, after that big windstorm.

I wish I could type early in the AM... affectded... how did I let that slip through? :-)

Yeah, we're OK, we really lucked out.

I hope that you are able to resolve issues with your clients. I'd imagine there are a lot of them stuck, too!

The money thing does suck, though.

*hugs*

because you seem to be so put out, but...

I'm so jealous!

I live in Wisconsin, and we've got Rain. Rain, in DECEMBER.

Send it this way!

I would GLADLY send it your way if I could :) Trust me. I don't mind snow, but not THIS much snow.

Where in WI exactly are you? I do genealogy, and EVERY line of my ancestors settled in WI at some point or another. All over the place.

Currently, Madison, but my People are from the Eau Claire/Menomine area.

Martensons and Rassbachs, mostly.

Spiffy. I don't have any Martensons or Rassbachs, though I do have a couple people in Eau Claire. Mostly my McInnis line.

Most of my people were from Outagamie county, Kaukauna specifically. Some from Dane Co (Madison area) though, and Kenosha. Manitowoc Co. Dodge/Jefferson Cos. Just all over the place... :)

I hate that you're losing money, but that is so cool! Living in the South where I do, straight snow is very rare (usually has ice in some form with it). I think our last true just snow storm here was 8 years ago, we got 4 inches.

I never saw snow until I was 22. I grew up in Hell... er, I mean Florida. :)
