Hello all!

I recently returned home from Philly. It's odd to say that still. Home? From Philly? But Philly is home... I've convinced N. to move back east with me once we finish up our Bachelors. To spend a few years in the greater Philadelphia area before (gasp) most likely moving to Texas. San Antonio most likely. What is it with that place? But ( Read more... )

Thanks for the advice :) And I'll make sure to pass your salutations on to Her. I'm actually pretty excited for it... though it does mean we won't be attending the Bash. Two poor kids can't do three out-of -state trips in as many months. Sadface.

1) Congrats on the many many wonderful things happening in your life! PARTICULARLY SCHOOL!!!! SO DARN PROUD OF YOU! GO YOU!!!!!

2) Ain't a DAMN thing wrong with San Antonio.

3) I imagine once you get to the event your natural instincts will take over. I place all my money on you doing just PERFECT. Remember the key to most of life isn't to act the right way but to be authentic. Think about your natural reaction to the tea party, mind taking over body. See what I mean, young Jedi?

1. Thanks *big grins* It feels like I'm finally moving forward and participating in life again and I'm loving it.

2. I would NEVER imply there was something wrong with San Antiono. Unless it was about the fire ants. And scorpions. AND HEAT. *g* I just meant it seems like that city keeps coming up. I lived there when I was a bambino, I married a Mexican guy from near there, dated a Mexican guy from there, and am now dating a Mexican guy who has family near there and wants to live there someday. What the? I think the universe is telling me somethin'! Lol.

3. I'm hoping that's the case. I figure I made it through the tea party without horribly offending anyone or putting my foot in my mouth. Authentic, huh? I think I can handle that *g*
