Catch-up Rant(s)
I've been so behind on manga, it's silly. Fullmetal Alchemist is the only one that I've been keeping up with and that's 'cause it only comes out once a month. So I've been catching-up in the last few weeks instead of catching up on school reading ~.~;;;.

I wasn't really *behind* 'cause it went on uber-long hiatus, but yeah. Found out it was back about a week after the fact. The art is still kinda crappy and minimalistic, but IT'S BACK! ^__^ I hope there won't be another hiatus, at least until after the Chimera ant arc is over.
OP:
Was a couple of months behind. Nothing much new, I like Brook, but not the sort of "OMGLOVE!" feeling that I have for some of the other characters. Franky's worming his way towards my good side if only because of his mad instaneous building skillz. Sanji and Zoro are LOVE as usual. I can't help but feel a little depressed 'cause now everything's coming together and you KNOW it's ending soon (granted, 'soon' in OP terms means like, within the next 3 years, but STILL). ~.~;; That and of course, HOLY SHIT, ACE ;.; Oda doesn't kill characters though! He doesn't! So Ace *CAN'T* be dead... right?
Reborn:
I kinda really wanna marry Yamamoto and zomg TYL!Gokudera is HOT. Actually, Yamamoto and Gokudera need to just get together already. They're almost as bad as Sanji and Zoro. Hibari: My love for you is almost as great as my fear of you; Mukuro: the same applies double. Anyone else REALLY curious as to what all the TYL versions of people are doing in the past? Or maybe I'm alone on this >.>;; Also, more Dino please ^__^ Actually, just more TYL versions of EVERYONE please. I'm kinda curious as to what TYL!Tsuna is like, other than like, dead...~.~;;
...and I have a horrible urge to read/write Yamagoku... and maybe Dino/Hibari and Mukuro/Hibari... damnit...
Naruto:
Okay, yeah, I was YEARS behind on Naruto and am just now catching up. So,
1) Akatsuki's ambitions... World Domination...seriously? Kinda overdone and lame, but okay fine. Though the fact that they plan on achieving world domination via becoming the ninja version of Blackwater with nukes is kinda cool (Albeit a bit scary when you apply it the other way around) ~.~;;;
2) WTF is up with the games of Musical Chairs with the teams? Replacing Sasuke and Kakashi with Sai and Yamato and still calling it Team Kakashi? Okay fine. But doing it again with Team Asuma? Come on, there's a limit to these things.
3) Shikamaru, marry me.
4) OMG Sakura's a BL fangirl XDXDXD Props to Kishimoto for knowing his fandom.
5) Speaking of fandoms, why the heck does Sasuke have such a fan following? Really, I like stoic bishies as much as the next girl, but Sasuke's just... *too* emo ~.~;;
6) 'Hebi'? Real original, Sasuke, real original
7) ~.~;; I'm an idiot. It took me until just before they revealed that they were teaming up with Hinata's team for me to realize that they were cycling through all the Chuunin exam teams.
8) Catching-up on Reborn first spoiled me. I got too used to fights that didn't last like 10 chapters. I seriously just skimmed some of the fight chapters, 'cuz yeah...too long.
9) Naruto is Yondaime's son? *Le Gasp!* ...really, Kishimoto, how predictable can you get? But I like how he took his mother's name ^__^
10) Jiraiya just gets weirder and weirder...
