Through a series of (somewhat unfortunate) events, I was directed to Charlaine Harris' "True Blood" series--the first book, DEAD UNTIL DARK, was published in 2001, and since then six more in the series have been published (I'm pretty sure it's complete). I tried watching it once... it thought the show sucks : /. I was really looking forward to it too.

Lawl..."sucks." How appropriate.

Yea, what really shocked me the most was the "adult activities" factor. I wasn't ready for it, and I don't really think it ALL needs to be there.

The book series is really good, though. You might try that, see if you like it any better. -Ink

I enjoy the show too. I just wish I'd had a TAD bit of warning that there would be so many boobs and butts. o.O -Ink
