So i am learning that it is quite difficult to get a complete grip of my emotions. I will have times where i think i am doing very well. And everything is going to be awesome and ok. Then i will have times where i cant possibly fathom how things will be ok, and the "what-if's" start flooding my mind. Then there are times like this one
