Can you choose to take it as a non-stressful opportunity to re-examine your long-range plans in life? If you decide you want to set about dating so that you can eventually find a worthy and compatible partner and eventually^2 get married and eventually^3 have kids, then great, you've updated your long-term plan, which we should all do every so often. If you decide that's not what you want right now, plenty of people substantially older than you (*wave*) aren't yet married and bekidded.
