I'm scared of looking incompetent and of asking for things I don't deserve.

These cause problems ranging from the predictable work issues to being really uncomfortable ordering pizza on the phone...

(I'm not incapacitaed by this, but as my CEO pointed out in my exit interview, I would be a lot more effective if I could push past this more. He didn't say this in a "you were bad" kind of way, just a "this is what you need to do to be better".)
