There is a huge thunder/lightning storm in Texas right now...
Jakes plan was canceled and he was put on a flight that would bring him to Portland at 12am instead of 4pm. Rar. More waiting...
I know I have to be patient, but I have been for the past 2 months!!! I don't want to wait 8 more hours!!! :oP

:oP Yea, whatever. ;o) I could be ever more frustrated because his flight in Pheniox almost got delayed due to a sand storm. I told him that if it actually happened, when he tried getting into Portland we would probably have something like a monsoon or Mt. Saint Helens blow up or something...with our luck anyway.

Tanya, m'dear, there ain't no such thing as "luck". Don'tcha know that everything happens for a purpose? Now, some folks may ask..what purpose? I think I know...
For those who are not in a relationship with God, God allows things to happen so that they can begin to have a relationship with him.
For those who are in a relationship with God, such as yourself, God allows things to happen so that your relationship with him can grow even deeper and closer.

C'mon... what'd you expect?? A small thunder storm? Don'tcha know that everything in Texas is big? Shoot! The word small ain't even in the vocabulary of the Republic of Texas.
And I am glad that you and Jake are going to be able to spend some much, much, much needed time together. May God bless you and Jake, and may he bless your time together.
