Unfortunately no. We have a wedding to attend that weekend. While I did consider ditching the wedding in favor of Chicago, it was only the briefest of thoughts as I am quite sure M'Cori would have me killed for not showing up.

I too eschew the neglect.
Sadly, as I'm being good for another group that is expensive in June.
Melting pot is fabu, I like them very much too. :-)
Mmm, fondue even SOUNDS yummy ;-)
I have questions for you about the endowment...am currently the point person for our magnet school sponsorship, and want to explore other ways of benefitting them. What is the nature of your charitable work?

Happy for you two, btw. :-) Congrats!

I work here:

http://depts.washington.edu/eeuweb

It's an autism research facility and school at the University of Washington. The auction (this was our 4th year) goes to fund an endowment which will help keep the place running with as little state support as we can get away with. They don't give us much as it is.

Cool!
And you work with the Jane! Very groovy. I used to work Adaptive behaviour and LIFE skills with jr. High kids.
I like the work that your people do, not enough folks are looking into development of special teaching techniques.
I remember using sign language when teaching lower level readers vocabulary...kinesthetic techniques are almost completely ignored in the classroom, sadly.

BTW, Michael says Hi, and to give appropriate ginormoushugs to Jane and Matt for both of us. :-)
