A first.

This is what I get for showing up late to work. As I walked in to work along the cut, a yellow jacket decided that a good place to hide from the rather light rain was under my chin, so now I have a bright red sting mark on my collarbone. I've never been stung by anything before. It's annoying.

Once you've conquered the humans, you will begin your war upon...

THE BEES!

Bad times.

Yeowch! on the chin too. Very invasive place to be stung. My mum was allergic to all those critters, I harbour an instinctive horror of them.

I have no known allergies, and apparently I'm okay with this kind of sting. Thankfully.

My condolences on your chin. I hope that the weekend brings you many soothing poultices and much attention from dunia.

(p.s. My work tech removed IM from my machine before I came in this morning--he didn't mention it to me, but my guess is that he felt it was some strange voodoo thinger that was linked to the MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF SPYWARE ALREADY ON THE MACHINE BECAUSE THE GIRL WHO USED TO HAVE THAT POSITION SPENT ALL DAY GAMBLING ONLINE...ahem. So that's kinda out. :( )

You might consider AIM Express. It's an AIM chat window, but based inside a browser. You can log into it from the aim.com site.

Hey, every time I see you and your gf, I mention that I'm going to add her to my LJ friends list.

And then I forget.

What's her LJ again?
