So few people understand the oil and vinegar with your bread thing. It was a staple at many of our dinners. I became a master of adding just the right amount of spices to our dipping saucers. mmmmm. It is good to be Italian.

Next time let me know when you venture to try an Italian restaurant. They have a great one on the Sound in Federal Way...

The chocobo race made me buy a new controller, after I threw the old one across the room in a fit of pique.

Of course, I won it the next day.

I agree on the vinegar, but evidently many chefs don't. My fav Italian place gives oil and olives but no vinegar unless you bug them for it. It happens. On the upside it taught me to like good olives.
