My father was a good shot with a rifle as a kid. He took first place in 7 different rounds in a local trap shoot when he was 14. Held an Oregon state title for riflery in high school. Mom was a better shot than all the boys she hung around with. My brother was a Nevada state champion for both air rifles and 22's before he entered high school. As

I'm down. I went shooting last fall or so with some rifles--a .22, and a black powder frontloader--but I miss handguns. It's been a long time for those. The Baretta grew on me.

So yeah, I'd love to go shooting. My eyesight is not great, but when I can see the target, I can group really well.

I would try it once, cuz I like trying things (within reason), but I'm pretty sure I'd be lousy at it.
