This is a topic of mine from awhile back asking people for info and you were on my friends list and just wondering if you could fill it out just so I have a better grasp of who all is on my friends list and such.
Just asks for Name,Age, Pic, Interesting Fact to remember you, etc.
You'd be awesome to fill it out for me :)
