Gin? You're going to USM for DM camp?? You're gonna have the best time ever! I had a blast when I went! If you get lonely, look for St. Stanislaus people! They are like MY people! haha..oh! and definitely look for Justin Meyers! He'll make sure you have an awesome time! Don't worry...It's not so bad...It's pretty cool actually! Talk to me soon! Gin, how dare you denounce USM's DM camp!! Total loss of cool points.
USM will, most importantly, teach you much about conducting from the ground up. And you'll have fun also, in a more Drum Majory kinda way, which will make the season alot more exciting for you also.
take a few beginner classes, a couple intermediate classes, and one advanced class, just to challenge yourself. you'll be excited to discover the feeling once you're through with the week. amazing. you'll learn so much. but------ take an intermediate class at the end of the day--- that class will be the one you perform with friday for the ending ceremony.
