well...let's see...I am now 4 months along, had an ultrasound the other day and the baby looks good - all the parts are there and the right size and all that. When it came time to look at gender, though- baby had its legs firmly closed on that subject. Good, let it be a mystery

Wow... what a difficult decision. And 'difficult' doesn't seem like a strong enough word. I'm in awe of you. I think adoption is a very good option. It's admirable that you are considering it. These people sound very cool... and it would be 'open.' You'll be in my thoughts.
