[Request] Translation on G-Defend Vol 18

Hi! I was wondering if maybe anyone here can do a rough translation on G-Defend Vol 18? The part where it tells the story about Ikegami and Kishitani..? I really love this couple and reading the chapters where the couples appear without understanding what's really going on really frustrates me since I can barely read Japanese and Chinese. ><;; just

I just need to know why they were fighting in this chapter.Kishitani saw that Ikegami was assigned as Gray's roommate. That made him jealous, so he decided they should move out of the dorms and get an apartment together instead. In contrast, Ikegami was trying to keep their relationship secret, because he was afraid it would reflect poorly on Kishitani if everyone knew they were a couple. When Ikegami hears Kishitani's plan to move out, he objects; if he's living outside the dorm, he can't come and visit Kishitani in the cafeteria when their shifts aren't aligned, he'll just have to stay home alone. He insists Kishitani has no cause to be worried that his roommate might hit on him
