I've got a winning
smile. :-D
As I was locking up my bike after biking in to work the other day, Mr. Corporate Guy 1 (aka Matt) was leaving. He asked how I was doing, asked about school situations, then parted. I went inside, and shortly after he came back in. He proceeded to ask me about experience I have with technical aspects along with training, apparently there are openings for corporate trainers and heads of a new PR company CC will jointly own with a PR company based out of lynchburg, and he feels I might make an excellent addition to the team. Today, while I was working, Mr. Corporate Guy 2 (aka Mark) came up to me to let me know he felt as if I made a valuable impact at CC and he and the others really appreciate all of my hard work. :-D
I also recieved a missed connections... from a very cute girl, if I am remembering correctly. :-P
I am feeling content, I am working hard, and my birthday is this week. Wednesday we celebrate, Thursday we 40. And grammar is out the window.
My kitties are super-adorable. But I suppose they will have to be locked away come apartment house party, elsewise they will be abused.
That is all, along with the fact it really does help to be polite and smile a lot. :-D Happiness and niceness sometimes really do win out, which gives me a lot of hope for this world.
:-D
