That's hard but you have a good attitude about it. Maybe the time off will bring something new/exciting along - personally & career wise.

Sounds like that job, while fairly brief, was a great experience for you, and gave you some great insight into what you want to find in the next one!

Come to Chicago for a little bit. My place can easily accommodate the both of us. If you just want to visit, that's great. If you'd like to look for work, that's fine too.
