Yes! So do I! Even though I agree with one review that said the script was as if the screenwriter just started writing down things he'd heard in other films, so I think the fascination for me is why I kind of like it.
I do like when Smith says lat out that his decision to be evil is a philosophical one and has no greater depth beyond that. It kind of makes him a Hannibal Lector knock off but different enough to still be interesting. It all gets lost in the scenery chewing, however.
