Round 2 - Challenge 12 - Final Challenge : Voting!!!

1. Anybody can vote. You don't have to be a participant.
2. Do not vote for yourself.
3. Don't try to work the system (by getting your friends to vote for your icon or using other user names to vote for yourself)... this is just for fun, that defeats the whole purpose.
4. All comments will be screened.
5. The header that wins is chosen no matter what. Even if it's not the person that wins.
