Banner Contest -- Voting
Welcome to the banner contest voting. Behind the cut you will find all thirteen banner submissions and a poll to vote in. The numbers are located ABOVE the banner that the number represents. Then please vote for your favorite THREE banners. No more, no less. If you vote for more or less then your vote will not count towards who the winner is.
You will have from today until Sunday [July 16] at Midnight [EST] to vote for your favorite banners. Then any moderator who did not submit a banner will be given the option to vote for a MODs choice from any of the banners that did not place. Then either as soon as their votes are in / or by Wednesday July 19th the winners will be announced.
RULES FOR VOTING
- Vote for three banners, no more, no less.
- Your vote will only count by voting in the poll [votes in comments will be deleted and ignored].
- Do not vote for yourself
- Do not promote/post your banner anywhere or ask people to vote for you before the contest is over and results are announced.
- If you wish, you may post in the screened comments constructive criticism or compliments for the banner makers that they will be able to recieve after the contest is over. Any out right rude or disrespectful comments will be deleted.

Q: I can only see the poll results, but I cannot vote in it. What's going on?
A: First, make sure you are logged into LJ. Second, you must be a community member, not just watching the community. To join the community please visit our User information and at the top of the page click on the link at the end of this phrase : To join this community, click here.
Q:Someone violated the contest rules, who do I tell? or I have a question about the contest, where can I ask my question?
A:We hope this won't ever be a question we here, but if you find someone violating our contest rules please make a comment to this post. All comments are screened and your information will be kept anonymous.
Q:Why do I have to be a community member to vote in this contest?
A:This poll is for our new community header for our layout. Thus, we want the people voting in this contest to be a community member and to have an interest in the future of the community.
Q:Are the tallys above final?
A:No, they are not. Because any person who does not vote for exactly three banners will have their vote disqualifyed.
