I like this, basically its like the calm before the storm. Everyone's going about their business (might I add that each are very in tuned with their true characteristics from the show which is great), relaxed, seems like just another day at SGH. I specifically loved Mark flirting with the woman in the elevator and MerDer. I'm not much of a fan of Meredith and Derek as a couple so it was nice seeing them interact and be so flirty and sweet with one another, him randomly saying ILY just because he felt like it was super adorable.

I do not aprove my Mark looking after another woman when he's with a hottie like Addison but okay :P

Love the feeling you get while reading it, it just seems like a usual work day for them. Like Mel said: The calm before the storm.
