All of these are gorgeous! I love the coloring and faded backgrounds you used on most of them. Reminds me of oil paintings. Is there a particular tutorial that you used for these?

Thank you for the lovely compliment; I'm so pleased you like my work. Unfortunately, I'm completely self-taught and - from what I comprehend from tutorials that are out there - I don't make them the way other people do. I play a lot with the brightness levels, light levels and the "reduce noise" effect in my Photoshop Elements. And I "touch up" color as needed. I'm also extremely fond of the Spot Healing and Blur/Smudge tools. My main suggestion when people ask how to make icons is practice, practice, practice. And save them as .png, not .jpg. ;)

The movement in 4 is great, you know I love 15, 19 & 20 are a super pairing, 44 and 49 are very pretty (and a bit more pastel than your normal). 64 is a lovely framing of Rodney's butt.

Hmm. I've been collecting enjoying your SG-1 icons for a while now, and have just gotten into Atlantis recently. I can now enjoy the full extent of your icon posts, which was difficult to do since I was only well-acquainted with SG-1.

As always, I love your icons...you sound like me, self-taught and I love the same tools on Photoshop...

I love everyshow you have icons for but must tell, you I was most excited to see Flashpoint included. That is such a terrific show...simply adore those guys on there. They deserve their own icons. Way to go!!!1

I love, love, love Flashpoint and hope the show stays around for a long, long time. I'm a big Enrico Colantoni fan. These icons were made for tv_icontests and I hope it comes back around in the rotation soon.

These are all wonderful! I especially like the ones you do of action scenes - you manage to capture them perfectly (which is REALLY HARD). I have way, way too many favorites to list out, but the ones I love MOST of all are 3, 26, 36, 48, 67, 75 (AMAZING), and 76. They're pretty much all brilliant though - your coloring is so unique and soft but bright at the same time.
