Well, seriously, an image could be the Face of Jesus without looking as Jesus would have presented himself 2,000 years ago, and likewise for the Virgin Mary.
The Face of Jesus would be a face most likely to bring to mind Jesus. The historical Jesus, if he existed at all, may well have looked like Jamie Farr, but Jamie Farr does not have the Face of Jesus because no one but a particular atheist looks at Jamie Farr and thinks He looks like Jesus. If Jesus came back with the Face of Jamie Farr, it would be an act of petulance. Instead, Jesus should come back with the Face of Jesus.
