that's not the main pt my friend..

it's knowing the appropriate time to enter into a conversation and whether you had gathered your thoughts well enough to articulate yourself..

If you think you are able to do that and people understand what you are trying to say, that's gd. Otherwise if you are unable to articulate your thoughts, it's better not to speak on a whim and just listen first..
