have you read/listened to utsukushii koto? i've read parts, but i'm lazy to read everything 'cause i listened to the drama cd first (but i have to admit not everything from the novels gets carried over to the drama cd which is unfortunate because some of those parts can really be nice T_T). anyway based from the drama cd and what parts i read it has to be the most emotional and painful bl work i've encountered so far T_T it was like, the seme's personality was so bad i want to whip him or something, and the uke's in so much emotional pain it's like my heart was being pinched everytime. especially with the drama T_T

Hi lightvigil-san, Are you a fan of Kamen rider??? Well, I don't know much about Kamen rider, but one of my friends is a big fan of it and she often goes to see Kamen rider stage...
Yeah!!! I loooove Utsukushii koto! I just found a DramaCD file of it and finished downloading it. Do you know if there is a translation for it? If not, then I think it would be good for my next challenge. Do you like the illustration of Utsukushii koto? Hidaka Shouko is the illustrator and I'm translating one of her manga, Yuuutsu na Asa, in Nakamanga group, so I'd love to translate Utsukushii koto, too.

yeah sure i *love* the illustration! though i think her weakness is in the shoes/feet. they can be too big sometimes. i don't think there's a translation for it though, by online groups, though maybe individuals have done their own. i for one have done parts of it, especially itoshii koto. :P

no, i'm not generally a fan of the whole kamen rider franchise, i just loved one, which was den-o. i think den-o's really awesome.

Oh! thanks for the message even for my old entry. I'm not an avid user of lj, so I often neglect my site and don't make new entries... There are few titles by Konohara sensei available in English, but I'm sorry to say that those titles are not her best ones. I think people in publishing world tend to choose such titles with many explicit scenes. But I think very best stories tend to have fewer hot scenes.
Learning language is not an easy thing, but if you keep reading and listening to Japanese original materials, then one day you sure will find yourself understanding better and deeply than before^^ Have a good day!
