So my toshiba laptop died.  The hard drive failed.  Luckily it happened early in the year, not in the middle of my term paper or something.  And a valuable lesson was learned.  Friends, back things up.  So anyway, I'd have to spend $250 on a new hard drive + installation, bla bla bla.  I was planning on getting a new laptop in the spring, because,
