You are so right. Not to mention, Abby is the only one that he smiles at on a regular basis, with no apparent reason.

I want to know why they are giving us such goodies, its been a long time coming but I feel greedy because for every good Gabby episode I set the bar a little higher in expectation for the next episode.

I really want to see Jackson back to see how he interacts with Abby - there was something between them that kind of suggested he knew something we don't re: Gibbs and Abby.

And I want some follow up on the Murder 2.0 scene! The fact he didn't answer, just looked at her - and no one else commented on it being strange of her to ask...

Well...you're right in a way. I guess before (to me) it seemed to be less on-screen and more unspoken. And like I said, it may be just my own hopefullness.

*smiles* I can relate. :) I've been Gabby fan for a rather long time now and I've loved every tiny scene with them. I can't stop squeeing if he has as much as his hand on her back. Or if he just smiles at her. I can't stop smiling if she teases him or flirts with him. I really, really do love them

I agree, it would be devastating if they got together only to then break up. And you're right, I don't think Abby nor Gibbs would survive that (at least and still be the people they are now).

However, there is a part of me that could see it working. There is a Gabby fic out there where the summary says something about how it's never been a relationship and that's why it works. I think Abby's way of viewing the world is so similar to that of Gibbs that it would work. They'd end up being like Susan S. & Timothy Roberts. Gibbs has no desire to marry again, and Abby has stated many times that she has no interest in it either.

Then again, isn't that the way for all TV couples...fans hope and write and read into things, then when the couple gets together they break up (or become boring). Oh well :) I'm just enjoying things now.
