The four gentlemen who essentially grew up together sat modestly at the booth of the empty diner. After orders were placed the conversation soon centered around developing "guts" and how overweight they were. Each Grabbed his stomach and said, "Oh, no, look at this..." making a circle with his hands and cupping the product of self neglect

Oh, I figured that... I was just reflect on it, and that it happens with me and my somewhat over-lapping circle of friends as well.
