When I turned 21 Phil took me to the Poet & Patriot to get a pint of room-temp Guinness... And Chris Matthews was the man who served us. Just a big, sweet guy who called you "Laddie" and always made you feel welcome in a pub that he considered his living room

as i was reading this "If I ever Leave this world alive." by flogging Molly came on which I find appropriate. Chris was a great guy,I'll miss him making me feel short.
