Also here via PF's rec.

Thanks for the tutorial -- it's remarkably clear and interesting. I'll keep my eyes out for anything else you've got!

Here via sassy_cissa's rec, and would you mind terribly if I included this on a 'how to' post I'm collecting links for? I will link back when It's posted, sometime in the future. I really enjoyed and found this useful, telling the story in dialogue is kinda what I do, so it gave me lots to think about, thanks again.

Couple of beta notes:
"ellipses" is plural. "ellipsis" is the singular.
modern fiction grants you plenty of formating options that allows you verb-object number mismatch. "allows" pairs with "options" (plural) not fiction (mass singular). It should be "allow". And "formatting" has 2 't's.

Nice work, Gabe.

ahh, but ellipsis marks is a generally accepted way of saying ellipses...

but double-ooopsie, on the other two points! ~blushes~ (i knew i should have had someone look it over). good lookin' out!

I've always referred to the three dots symbol as "an ellipsis." I need to investigate a bit and see if I am in error.

oh, i didn't mean to imply that 'ellipses' was in error... just that ellipsis marks is another way of saying it. now if there's rules to when ellipsis marks can be used...? there may well be. and if you scoop some out, definitely send them my way.

oh, and i've credited you with the corrections, if you don't mind.
