I open more than four Firefox windows and they start going into 'not responding'! And, don't even get me started on what happens if I tried to watch a youtube at the same time as trying to launch my Outlook Express.
Of course, my computer happens to be - like - 10 years old.
Okay, dude. These programs. Can you give me a run-down on the pros and cons? The next real book project won't need something this elaborate, but the space pirates story, yeah, I might need something like this. Because lots of competing storylines. And POVs. Ambitious project, but I need to really test myself. I've decided that, as is my wont, I'm being LAZY about my writing. I'm not pushing myself. I won't get to the next level unless I start doing some bleeding. This is the story of my life. I'm good with comfortable, but for the first time in my life, I'm not happy with comfortable. Oh recs. blamebrampton did a very, very nice politic story for the hp10K_showcase, just can't remember the name off the top of my head. It's doesn't get any better than byblythe's "Corridors of Power." Handsdown the best written political story in HP. frayach "Powerful Men" is fantastic. Stunning voice in this. These stories are all AU'ish, especially fray's, but so worth reading.
