Animated Icons are pretty simple. It took me a little while to understand it but for you to be able to do one you need to get an animated software program. Most programs you can try on a trial bases so maybe you can go look at what offers they have out there and then play around with one until you feel comfortable and then decide if you want to make animated icons. All I did to find my trial software is go to search aol for animated icon programs.
BTW Gabe is either going to be Blue's Clue's or Captain Feathersword from the Wiggles. Depends on the weather here.
