i'm getting ready to take apart my powerbook (15" titanium G4) and do some repairs... anyone have any experience in this? i've heard there's something funky with the front clips...
well um, i didn't do it. i got all my tools out, found a screw guide and was ready to start... then i started thinking; if i fuck this up i'm gonna be really sad. so i've decided to take it in. sure i'll be without a computer for a couple of days, but it'll come back with the cd drive ejecting and the left speaker working. (it's really only the cd drive that's driving me crazy, i can't backup my photos for fucks sake!) now, don't get me wrong, i'm 99.8% sure i could fix my computer. but that .2% is eating at me....
