{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Gabs}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} Shit/chaos/pathos is simply a part of life. Moderating has got to be tough. You are certainly not the first person I've heard say that. I think I know what thread you're commenting on, and you've been brilliant, k?
Ok, I dragged my ass over there and looked it up. 1) You did good. 2) If a person just wants to vent, they need to get a freaking blog. If you post shit in a discussion forum, it initiates discussion. 3) Ditto your statement regarding dogs in general. The nastiest little psycho piece of shit I ever knew was a chihuahua. 4) You did good. 5) Some people really fucking rub me the wrong way. Enough said on that, as I have cramps and am evil today. 6) You did good.
Awwww Mel - I'm sorry you are feeling shitty. Thanks though and ROTFLMAO - I came remarkably close to suggesting that *the party of whome we are speaking* get a blog and learn how to apply filters ...feel better ...g

Mel, have you ever read what I did with chihuahuas in a Gatchaman fanfic?...............
I hate chihuahuas and I have a vividly creative imagination. It shows. Take misochihuahuanthropy, toss into a blender with five kids in bird suits, add one insane villain, some crazy Japanese mecha, and a dash of bioweaponeering, and press play.
((((gabi))))) In what was a difficult thread to navigate, extremely well done, I am super proud of you.
And second, MY OPINION ONLY, Sunsailing should not be a moderator. Period. I thought this for a very long time now, he does these kind of threads alot, and moderators should really try and stay as neutral as possible. He is certainly entitled to feel how ever he wants to and post it as much as he wants to, but not while he is wearing a mod hat.
I missed all the fuss, but to echo Mel: you did good, Gabi. It was an inflammatory post, and I'm sure he knew that. Being a longtime member or a moderator doesn't make anyone immune to criticism or more deserving of respect.
I wish we could actually debate issues on the board without people getting upset and running to hug everyone because they're so afraid someone might be mad at them for having a difference of opinion. How's that for a run-on sentence?

That was a really bizarre post - especially as a thread starter.
I hope some good will come out of it when we get organized, Yikes! ...g
