found a new favorite coffee bar:

a counter where i can sit and write & the barista is friendly and knows many of his customer's names - greets them with a slight accent, (greets the giggling girls with a heavy accent).

good news that, bad news that my favorite pen died. all written out.
must find new favoite since that brand isn't sold around

congratulations! good coffee bars are really, really important.

might i also say: i love the punch card. if i get one, i will inevitibly lose it and get several more, turning in 4 or 5 barely punched cards for my free drink.

I need to find one. I used to love sitting in the caffateria at school (they had a coffee bar there) and just sit back with a warm cup and watch people walk by. Very relaxing.
