I just hate it when it happens, and it really scares me because I've already had 3 casts on that same ankle before, and I don't think I could bare having another one. And I know I don't

Three casts on the same ankle? Don't you need surgery or something?

Uuuh... not really. You'll see, the three injuries I've had in that ankle have been just twisting, they only involved ligaments, not bone fractures. Since my bones are OK, I don't need surgery, as long as I don't break my ligaments EVER DDD; the mere thought of it scares me!
