In fact, the type was arranged by a software I experimented with (I tried so many layouts, it took more time than doing it in PS LOL), because I thought it fits the theme well that this part is not human-made but randomized by a machine. Of course this process can't be seen in the picture, but I guess it's more random this way, because I don't think I could abstract from the meaning and order of the words. So you're right, but it's sort of intentional, or at least experimental. LOL
This is slick! It feels like an album cover to me. I like the simplicity of the black and white but with the pixellated image edge.
the text amuses me - like fridge magnets you can read them almost at random. it's what happens to my head when there is too much content for its little capacity!
*cough* Hope he's not looking here cos I prefer your CD cover!
Hmm. I guess he's poking fun at those icky, sugar-y, sparkly teen-girl mag covers which are everywhere in Japan (there are so many shelves of them and the all look the same!) - but I do prefer his darker side. There are some beautiful dark-ish shots in the recent Outof Music issue - hope the Mod here has noticed and is busy hatching another contest to use them!

Gackt has quite a powerful effect as a subject so I often try to keep the other parts simple so that there isn't much to distract the viewer from him.

I'm especially happy that you liked the text and got this random feeling from it, because that was my intention.
And regarding album covers, Gackt is so many steps ahead of this... http://community.livejournal.com/dears/1845949.html :)
