Protein is more difficult for the body to process and therefore makes you less alert and generally weaker at first. Sugar has all sorts of problems that will not help either. Eat some vegetables and grains, tomato soup, hell soup in general is good and get some rest. -J-
I got me some fruit, fresh air, sunshine, and some rest, and I was able to stand up again. The problem truly is I'm off my adrenal meds for a 24 hour pee-in-a-bucket test, and my body's reverting back to that "fuck you world" state... >.<
