This is what happened yesterday.
My head teacher: Who did not attend the school's traditional student ceremony last Saturday afternoon, pls stand up.
*me and 4 others stood up*
My head teacher: *asked me* Why didn't you attend?
Me: I had a headache so I rested at home.
