I was reading some ReadWriteWeb article that led me to NewsGator who opened (free beer) their RSS feed readers, that led me to a few RSS blogs that included Grammar Girl that brought me to the subject of this post

using the term "one" wasn't mentioned in these articles? as in... "once one determines the gender of a pronoun, one can use it at will"?
