ALL.THE.TIME.) someone on facebook that i know and like enough in real life, will say something, and it's just like they're screaming in my face "I AM SO DUMB. I AM SOOOOOO SO VERY DUMB. DUMB AS A BAG OF HAMMERS." and it just pains me. i miss you, lj. i miss everyone in here. i miss our intelligent

omg the obama haters. i had NO IDEA i knew so many people who apparently only get their news from fox. i mean, the talking points that come back at me, and you can't have a discussion. i'm not trying to say there aren't liberals who are parrots just as bad, but i tend to not get into heated debates with them. well like i said i don't get into debates with the other people, either, because it's just lines. just "this is what i'm supposed to think and feel and say" and UGH. line-toers. all of 'em. like, omg, i know you don't want to get riled up, but i'm pmsing so haha you get sucked into it. this one is the one (and her follow up posts and comments but you get the drift) i just don't know why it pushed me over the edge. maybe it's because a cliff notes version of the tea party stance

i miss that one like, once in a hundred, because i'm not thinking when i'm typing, but holy shit if i notice it i change it and it's not used incorrectly EVERY SINGLE TIME. it's amazing. i just didn't even realize that that many people really never stopped to think about what the differences might be between saying "your" and "you're". like, never stop and think "you're... youuuu arrrrrreeeee". ever.

i am all self righteous and holier than thou and everything i am pretty much hating because pms is like WHOA this month. WHOA I SAY. i have been mood since saturday and i am not due to get my period until this coming tuesday. maybe there is a god and i have pissed them off royally. d'oh.

i have people who give play by plays about fights they're having with their spouses. I JUST DON'T EVEN. i can't imagine why they're having relationship issues in the first place.

it's those goddamned timelines they're forcing us to get, they're rolling them out for everyone starting i think a day or two ago. it's only a matter of time before they get to me. maybe they're doing it alphabetically so they'll get to me toward the end of it. do not want, dang it!

I know exactly to the point what you ,ean about Facebook! It's like people just having polite conversation or really stupid tidbits there. Where LJ is more community driven with real discussions at times, real inner reflections and where you can see your own internal growth throughout the years.

I basically use Facebook to update my family on little things and show pictures of family events. Of course with all the distractions I have not updated LJ as often as I had in the past. But I want to change that for 2012 especially because now that I have a grandson I want to document my internal growth in this phase in life.
