fuck I miss my dog. prior to this, the longest I'd gone without seeing him was 10 days. he died 15 days ago. it was bad, and then it was ok, and them pms hit AND it's the longest I've gone without him and I'm just a mess again. You loved him, it shows in the smallest detail. This is the part that is the hardest the normal day to day life that is with out our beloved pets.

I went through this a few times in my life and yes the thought of having another pet and going through this pain seems like something I would never put myself through again. What can I say my pets find me not the other way around.

I know it sounds cliche but there will come a time when you will only remember him with fondness and not pain.
