Congratulatins on your weight lost. My husbear is going through the same thing after he had his lap band 2 years ago. Kepp up the good work & Happy Holidays. HUGS!!!
Well it's not easy. He can't eat the usual stuff. Sometimes he might throws up the food. Hard to do the No.2 since his eating habit change, his stomach get upsets at times. Other than that, he's losing weight and he feels a little lighter of course. He still have to get the 30 pound skin cut off around the next year or two. Hubby can't wait to get all this thing over with. Sorry it took me so long to answer my friend. You & your hubby have a Happy and safe holiday. HUGS!!!
You look different! You can clearly see the weight loss. :-)
It takes some time for your "inner vision" of yourself to adjust to your new body shape. But it will happen eventually... You will soon realize that you are not completely "another person". You just had a deep change in your body that wil unblock your inner growth and allow the best of you to blossom.
I haven't been there, but I am seeing it happen very close to me!
thank you. I find I enjoy clothes alot more now. I get a lot of good feelings from snuggling in some warm clothes as opposed to sweating it out all the time like I used to.
Congrats! And I can tell you that long after you look "normal" to the outside world, you will still feel like a big girl. It takes forever for that feeling to go away. If it does.
One more thing--for goodness sake keep up with all your supplements and take your fiber! I've had one or two health related issues in the past few years related to those issues that I wouldnt' wish on anyone. (But I still will never regret having the surgery!)

The weight loss has not effected your hair, either.
It was as excellent then as it is now.
Good hair is important, ya know.
