It's been a while...
Yeah...it's me again. still out of work, though that may change temporarilly with a 3-5 week project I'll be doing for Teksystems for an Asset management gig for IBM/AMEX. the Pay sucks ($14/hour), about 40% of what I grew accustomed to getting /hour before the IT community imploded, but it ain't unemployment...so it's good

$14/hour sucks now? Lordy... That's more than I'm making at my full time job. :-p
(Of course, my part time job is like $16/hour... but hey...)
That's really cool about your son's test scores! It's one thing I was always good at. Always made my parents proud with test scores. It was the doing the other work in school that I had issues with. :-p

yeah...haven't made 14/hour since 1990...got used to making 35/hour working on network consulting projects over the last few years, so this hurts.
Glad to see you're still doing ok, though... Have you heard from John (Braxus), does Via still live on TM? I haven't been back in the last few months, been focusing all my efforts on trying to find a full-time job somewhere, that, and fulfilling my responsibilities as GM on Palo Albion.
gotta get back to filling out these job applications... being out of work sucks.

Via still technically lives on TM, but in practice there's no-one around. He's actually started up a toon on Sullon Zek and has been fiddling around there. He's sorta job-hunting/getting his life in order right now. He's got child support to pay and finally has visitation rights for his daughter, so he's quite excited.
I've got gaming pics of my friends from gaming (http://www.provide.net/~jcharles/gaming) including some of Braxus (John). :-p Can finally put a face to the name now.
