The day after my 'not birthday'

It was a quiet one for me, as you would expect for a not-birthday year. I woke to a breakfast cooked by my Joni, and it was wonderful. I think it's only the second time he has cooked for me. The first time was months ago when we had a picnic in a place he likes to go, when we had just started to date but already it was getting too cold for picnics

I should cook for you more often. I don't mind cooking and I'm not terrible bad.

As soon as it is warm enough we will go to the park again.
